DELIVERY TIME

ARE SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED?

Within the Netherlands shipping is free for orders above €25. Outside of the Netherlands shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SHOES TO BE FINISHED?

Your shoes will be finished within 3 weeks from ordering them, after this they will be shipped and coming your way.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from the Netherlands. The average shipping time is around 5-12 business days within Europe and 15-25 business days outside of Europe.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

As all the products we ship are customized especially for you, refunds are not applicable.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE TO CUSTOMIZE?

We only use official Angelus paints, finishers and polishers as these are proven to be by far the best. This also assures your paint doesn't start fading when it's raining.

WHAT IF I WANT TO GIVE CUSTOMS AS A GIFT?

No problem at all! Just make sure you mark the ‘gift’ box when making your order and we will make sure your loved ones will get a true present! If the gift is for a special occasion, please notify us through the ‘additional comments’.
